BCS.TV's goal is to provide a wide selection of brand-name audio and video products available 24 hours per day over the Internet. In doing so, we adhere to the following terms and conditions.

BCS.TV Shipping

BCS.TV attempts to ship your order within 24 hours of being placed, unless product is on back order, limited availability or special order status. Orders placed on weekends or holidays or after hours are shipped the following business day.

BCS.TV has no standard shipping price. The shipping price is determined by the size and weight of the equipment being sent. BCS.TV reserves the right to add shipping and handling charges to the credit card used for purchase. Expedited shipping is also available for an additional charge and is quoted on an individual basis. BCS.TV. provides multiple carrier and pricing options for both Next Day and Two Day delivery. For orders over 150 pounds, BCS.TV will ship via common carrier truck. Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%, in addition to applicable shipping, transaction and insurance fees. BCS.TV. does not ship to APO, and FPO addresses.

Low Price Guarantee (LPG)

Low Price Guarantee (LPG) available on selected items only.

If you have seen a lower advertised price from a comparable retail dealer with an in house service department on the same item (same brand, model, features, options, etc.) Broadcast Store will gladly honor that price.

Price must be publicly advertised and valid at time of purchase.

Competitors item must be available and in stock for immediate delivery.

LPG applies to verifiable advertised prices only and does not include special offers or promotions, including but not limited to rebates, "free with" or package purchase, in store only specials, on or offline auctions, B-stock or special financing offers. BCS.TV reserves the option to rescind LPG at any time for any reason and assist buyer with purchasing item from competitors ad.
